Labour selects it Wolverhampton North East General Election candidate10.40.00am BST (GMT +0100) Mon 29th Sep 2008 The Labour Party have selected Emma Reynolds to be their Parliamentary candidate for Wolverhampton North East. In doing so they rejected a number of high-profile local candidates including a number of former Councillors. I suspect with Labour selecting an 'outsider' the Tories will be looking at winning Wolverhampton North East at the General Election, they have held the seat before and I suspect it is now the most winnable seat for them in Wolverhampton.
