Participatory Budgeting

I have been at a workshop all day on Participatory Budgeting (PB).

PB is great as a mechanism to get members of the public involved in deciding spending commitments that impact on their area, their group or on them in some other way. I have been involved in PB previously and it can really empower the people involved.
