Clinton and Obama win one each - has Obama now done it?

Senator Barack Obama

Senator Barack Obama

In yesterday's primaries Clinton won big (again) in Kentucky by 459,145 (65%) to Obama's 209,771 (30%). Obama also won big in Oregon. Exit polls suggested he would win by a margin of three to two, with 86% of precincts counted, Obama had won 322,461 (58%) to Clinton's 231,071 (42%).

It looks like Obama will, after the allocation of delegates, have over half of the total available elected delegates, he is now virtually guaranteed the nomination.

However Clinton has still not withdrawn or conceded, and neither should she with just a few contests left she may as well stay in now. Withdrawing gains nothing whereas staying in could, she could look for a Cabinet post, or even as some are suggesting a Supreme Court place.
