Winning in Birmingham

Looking at the Parliamentary seats in Birmingham as well as winning the popular vote in the Birmingham Yardley constituency the Liberal Democrats topped the poll in Birmingham Hall Green and came very close in Birmingham Hodge Hill.

In Birmingham Hall Green the Liberal Democrats again beat Labour with 8.465 votes to their 8,262. This could be a potential gain at the General Election for the Liberal Democrats.

In Birmingham Hodge Hill the Liberal Democrats gained 10,075 votes across the constituency to Labour's 11,715 - this must bode well for the General Election especially as there were another

5,340 votes caste for the Tories and other small parties which the Liberal Democrats can attempt to squeeze.
