The voting has started in the Big Lottery Funds' "People's £50 Millions" - I am backing the Connect 2 bid. Connect2 is one of the four contenders, and the only one that will benefit communities in all parts of the country. It consists of 79 different projects across England, Wales & Scotland.

Connect2 is about walking and cycling - lots of small and innovative projects that will join communities together with new walking/cycling routes both for leisure and getting to work or school. If it wins it could make a lot of difference to a lot of people's lives.
